Terms & Conditions:
- Customers are required and responsible for checking my clipboard at photo day to check all information is correct. Any information checked and approved by parents is considered correct.
- Customer is responsible for checking and confirming that all images/information in their order are correct before submitting. This includes checking student/player name/team/number/classroom prior to submitting your order. Once the order is placed, it is transferred directly to our third party print lab for processing, and cannot be recalled. The order will be processed at the expense of the customer.
- Corrections to names on custom images after photos are launched to parents will be subject to a design fee.
- IF THERE IS A DISCREPANCY that needs correction, please contact Marisa BEFORE PLACING ORDER!!
Team photos will NOT be offered as a digital download option. You will not be able to purchase the digital of any team photo taken. (Schools are exempt from this condition for yearbook purposes.)
Production of any banners/signs/etc. need to be discussed/purchased through Pictures by Marisa.
Refunds:
- There are no refunds after orders have been received by customer.
- No refunds will be offered for digital downloads. All sales are final.
- There are no refunds after an order is processed on duplicate orders.
- Product credit may be considered towards a different/future purchase in the event of a printing lab error at the discretion of Pictures by Marisa.
Lost orders:
- In the event you do not receive your photo order (lost in transit, misdelivery, carrier error) you must alert Marisa within one month of your order. If it is after one month, your order is considered closed, and disappears from my system.
Photo Release:
- Upon submitting an order, the customer hereby authorizes Pictures by Marisa (Marisa Brown) to use photographs offered in their gallery(ies) for advertising purposes. This may be online, in print, on posters, or any other advertisement appropriate to my business.
- To opt out of this photo release, please contact Pictures by Marisa, and I ensure your wishes will be handled.
